Please read carefully the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. These are the terms you will agree to when purchasing content from The Story Board, LLC. Your use of products from The Story Board implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Permitted Product Usage
Upon purchase, you may use each content product only once, in the named publication, intranet site or other communication program you specify at the time of purchase. Use of the content in a planned combination of media may be acceptable if specifically agreed to in advance between you and The Story Board, but will require a separate pricing arrangement, to be negotiated.
Modifications
After purchase, you may make whatever design or verbal modifications to our written products you consider necessary to fit them to your needs. However, if your version of the story names and quotes the authorities cited in our original, you may not change the wording of their direct quotes. Explanatory references to these experts should include the titles of their books or Web sites, as seen in our original. The illustrations we supply may be re-sized or converted from full color to monochrome, but no other modification is permitted without our prior approval.
Unauthorized Distribution
You may not resell or redistribute our products in any way, modified, unmodified, stand-alone or combined with another product.
Ownership
You cannot claim exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products remain property of The Story Board and/or our contributors who create them. Illustrations in particular remain copyrighted by the artist.
Refund Policy
Our products are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not issue refunds after the product is delivered, for any reason. The Story Board does not guarantee that our Web site will at all times function error free, or that the site or server are at all times virus free. Other Web sites linked from The Story Board site are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content nor any problems associated with them.
Termination:
This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from The Story Board if in The Story Board’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of our agreement. Upon notice of termination, you must destroy all content obtained from this site which you or your company have not already published.
We reserve the right to modify or revise these terms of use at any time.
